With over 20 years experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Ayana specializes in culturally infused-therapy models. She has experience working with a broad spectrum of clients with concerns for their mental health. Among her areas of expertise are: Unified Protocol, Trauma Focused CBT, Polyvagal Therapy & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Ayana is an interactive, culturally sensitive, and strengths-focused therapist.
